Doc note: This adds *hive.metastore.txn.store.impl* to HiveConf.java, so it
needs to be documented in the wiki for release 2.1.0. (TODOC2.1 label added.)
It belongs in the MetaStore section of Configuration Properties with a
crossreference from Transactions and Compactor, or perhaps vice versa. It also
needs to be added to the parameter table in the Hive Transactions doc.
