Attached patch v3. Since the existing metrics is already in 2.0, to be backward
compatible, I changed the implementation so that the old metrics is not
changed, just added some new metrics.
As to use CodahaleMetrics for the user counting, it's better not to do so.
Otherwise, it will emit user specific metrics which is too many, since we care
about distinct active user counter only.
Since Szehon is not around, [~aihuaxu], [~ctang.ma], could you take a look?
