It looks like you remembered to cancel the previous patch and resubmit, so
that's okay.
Just guessing here: maybe your patch name has too many leading zeros on
"0001". I've seen patches without any leading zeros in that position and
patches with one leading zero (such as HIVE-12878 and HIVE-12994) but don't
recall any with this many.
