Doc note: This revises the description of *hive.zookeeper.quorum* in
HiveConf.java, so the wiki needs to be updated for release 2.1.0. (Also see
0.14.0 description revisions by HIVE-7935 and HIVE-8557.) Added a TODOC2.1
label.
