Doc note: This should be described in the llap documentation for release
2.1.0, so I'm adding a TODOC2.1 label here and mentioning this issue in the
post-2.0.0 doc note on HIVE-9850.

Also *hive.llap.daemon.queue.name* needs to be documented in Configuration
Properties, which will have a new section for llap parameters when HIVE-11908
gets documented.
