Changed to start the registry in the daemon after all other services have
started, and to set the correct ports into the Configuration. I chose not to go
down the route of changing the register API to accept multiple ports for now.
[~prasanth_j] - could you please take a look. No tests added in this patch;
this will be covered by the changes in HIVE-13365 which changes the
MiniLlapCluster to use a MiniZookeeper instance.
cc [~jdere] - you will likely need to make a similar change for the additional
port being setup in the branch that you are working on.
