Doc note: This adds *hive.server2.zookeeper.publish.configs* to HiveConf.java,
so it needs to be documented in the HiveServer2 section of Configuration
Properties for release 2.1.0.

TL;DR -- By the way, patch 2 shows a change in the description of
*hive.spark.client.rpc.server.address* but (a) it's only the removal of a
trailing space, (b) it wasn't committed, and (c) the trailing space doesn't
exist in master because it was omitted when HIVE-12568 introduced the parameter.
