[~sseth] can you review this, esp. the Tez-related parts? This adds the keytab
setting that is used from Tez where it calls the record reader, and from IO
elevator. I am actually not sure IO elevator path is even necessary in this
case, cause it already takes current user UGI, and we could assume the Tez path
would set this correctly.
