I was thinking more in terms of a summary of the status of the service, which
indicates if things are OK/NOT OK, and what is OK/NOT OK, so that any logic for
alerts can be in Hive instead of having it in a management & monitoring tool
like ambari.
I realize your goal in this jira is different, we should probably explore this
in a different jira.
