Test failures are unrelated. This patch could only affects llap tests. Thanks

registry so that some other clients can look into the logs without knowing the
containerId?
A utility function to construct these urls should be adequate. The containerId
isn't really used anywhere.
Clients would need to fetch the relevant ServiceInstance - lookup the webUrl,
and construct either the status / log url from there.
