Doc note: This adds three configuration parameters
(*hive.vectorized.use.vectorized.input.format*,
*hive.vectorized.use.vector.serde.deserialize*, and
*hive.vectorized.use.row.serde.deserialize*) to HiveConf.java, so they will
need to be documented in the wiki for release 2.1.0.
