Do we need both of following
+org.apache.hadoop.fs.LocalFileSystem
+org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.io.ProxyLocalFileSystem
Also, can you unset fs.DefaultFS at the end of test so that config doesn't leak
for subsequent tests.
