I'd like to remove these shims from the code. But I am just worried about users
that still using HDFS 2.5.
What version mismatch issues would users get with HDFS 2.5 and Hive 2.1?
Does Hive 2.1 have other API that is used on HDFS versions higher than 2.5?
Anyway, I think Hive 2.1 release is very close, so should it be good to remove
the shims on Hive 2.2?
If so, I am +1 to that.
