[~tasanuma0829] I've added some comments on the rb (I also see some open issues 
from Sergey which you might want to look at). Mostly minor comments and for the 
major ones, we can create follow-up jiras if you like. 

Regarding the jdbc-hadoop dependence, I feel that can also be taken up in a 
follow-up jira since this feature is not immediately going out in a release. 
[~sershe] [~gopalv] what do you think?

Also, we'll need to attach the latest patch on the jira for getting a precommit 
QA run. Unfortunately, uploading on review board doesn't trigger a QA run.
