This patch shouldn't reintroduce that error message as it existed before,
unless an invalid file is passed to the --property-file parameter. Are you
suggesting the error message for such a parameter be different? Thanks for the
feedback!
To clarify, this patch adds a new parameter that will allow passing in the
property file. It adds a description of the parameter in the command line help
as well.
