Updated patch. This fixes the help option which was earlier broken, and not
needing to specify an app name (picked up from config).
bq. Why? Redirecting the output is not good enough?
Apparently not in all cases. For example, if invoked remotely and parsed
locally - and the console happens to generate some message (a MOTD for example)
- the local parsing will break.
