[~ashutoshc] I'm going to apply this patch to allow branch-2.1 pre-commit tests.
I already did the previous configuration on creating a new Job + creating a
branch-2.1 properties file on the ptest server.
I was thinking we should change the way we support pre-commits on branches.
This 3-way process is not good. I will think about how to do that, in the
meantime, this patch will fix 2.1 branch.
