The patch adds various timeouts.
Hadoop and timeouts seems to be quite broken at the moment. Have added some
configurable properties in the patch - within LlapStatus itself to work around
some of these problems if required. Ideally, these are only temporary, and
should not be added to HiveConf.
The defaults provide between 10-15seconds to communicate with a service (using
hadoop 2.7.x)
