Minor change in the patch to report the log URL as null to Tez.
With partial log-aggregation enabled, and YARN not listing these aggregated
files - there's no point showing a log link on the Tez UI.
[~prasanth_j] - could you please take a look at the updated patch.
Tested locally - I'll create jiras for some minor Tez UI changes, and for YARN
to display aggregated logs on the container landing page.
