Having a hard coded list of URI schemas to use here is dangerously bad 
practice.I know we don't provide any details on whether an FS is a blobstore, 
but at least take a list of schemas from a configuration file. That'll aid 
testing too

Test-wise, why not use a parameterized Junit test suite?
