Attachment: HIVE-14150.01.patch
Attaching a patch to use the JvmPauseMonitor of Hive. In addition, I've created
Hive's JvmMetrics and other related classes.
The JvmMetrics of Hadoop is {{@Private}}, so I'm thinking it's better to
implement Hive's own JvmMetrics.
