I don't understand why HIVE-14405 is changing the pattern layout of the
non-verbose in operation logging. IIRC the default is non-verbose mode for
operation logging, since operation logs goes to separate log files
(LogDivertAppender) it is expected to have a different layout (%m %n). Also the
patterns are hardcoded

the expected result is that log lines start with log level.
