[~ziyangz] Thanks for another iteration. My feedback:
# Can we set {{isUsingThriftJDBCBinarySerDe}} in {{HiveSessionImpl}} so that
{{SessionState}} won't have to depend on service-rpc at all.
# Can we add a test to test if after opening a session, a user enables/disables
the ThriftJDBCBinarySerDe usage by calling the {{set}} command, things should
still work fine.
