Sergey Shelukhin updated HIVE-14709:
------------------------------------
Description:
Ever since I switched to Java, I want to put manifests in everything. Also,
FactoryFactory \*ahem\*
Packaging LLAP can take 20-60sec. due to all the files involved. Often, the
repackaging is necessary only because we suspect some config might have changed
(and it usually didn't change, too). If we could re-add just one file
incrementally to the package, we could make it much cheaper; or at least output
the manifest with file sizes/checksums when we package, so we could verify that
we don't need to repackage and eliminate it most of the time, when nothing
changes.
