The manual build step in jenkins could be enhanced to include additional
options. Anyway - that's unrelated to this jira.
Does the java path need configuration if Java7 isn't supported. Maybe to test
with Java9 in the near future. It'll still require a manual install on all
nodes. Uploading the entire properties file, or an overriding properties file
would also help with this.
