Description:
Many CliDrivers use q_test_init.sql for initialization which loads many table
which are not required for the tests. Reduce the init script to minimal set of
tables that are required for the qfiles.
was:TestMTQueries uses default init script and the test file references on
src table. We should use a different init script for faster runtime.
