Patch reduces container sizes for tez and mr tests to 128MB.
Trying to reduce this for spark did not work very well. [~spena] - if you have
time, could you please look at doing the same for Spark. Think I tried values
of 256MB and 512MB - both of which had failures.
The patch also reduces the number of task trackers, and changes arguments for
build and test.
Letting this run through once; I'll need to update ptest configs and restart it
to have the maven Xmx settings picked up.
