Pushed to master, thanks [~ashutoshc] for the review!
Finally I could not add the interface as we discussed previously: the creator
methods for _DruidQuery_ are static, thus Druid-based rules would not create
the Hive version of the class that implements the interface.
I will try to fix this in Calcite in a follow-up, by making _DruidQuery_ extend
_TableScan_ operator.
