This includes a fully functioning Merge statement that can be used with
transactional tables.
Limitations:
* HIVE-14948: It can handle table names that have special chars, i.e ones that
need to be quoted but not column names with special chars.
* HIVE-14947: Cannot be used tables with 'transactional_properties'='default'
introduced in HIVE-14035.
* HIVE-14949: Ensuring this is the users responsibility (for now)
