[~lirui] yes I added this. It's for the test cases that should ONLY run under
HoS, like HoS dynamic partition pruning.
Part of the change is in the test node's config file, which is not part of the
git repository. I guess much has changed since then for the qtest framework so
this needs to be changed as well.
