This doesn't have parity with ORC module. In particular ORC-141 is blocking,
because the memory management will now be turned on for the writers that didn't
use path before.
The ctor that created WriterImpl with null path was replaced to provide a path,
which is unacceptable.
ORC-141 is now blocking any future Hive release.
