* Instead of apache commons logger, use slf4j Logger.
* Much of this code already exists in Utilities::jarFinderGetJar() which is
called by LlapServiceDriver::localizeJarForClass() for same purposes. Perhaps,
you can reuse that instead of repeated logic here.
