Doc note: This adds *hive.llap.daemon.headroom.memory.per.instance.mb* to
HiveConf.java and changes the default of
*hive.llap.daemon.memory.per.instance.mb* back to 4096 (after HIVE-15159
changed it to 3276, also in 2.2.0).
Only *hive.llap.daemon.headroom.memory.per.instance.mb* needs to be documented
in the wiki.

*hive.llap.daemon.headroom.memory.per.instance.mb* in 2.2.0, so it doesn't need
to be documented after all. Removing the TODOC2.2 label.
