That disabled the INFO (and below) logging from these classes.
By convention for log4j loggers are created by class name, and these are the
classes/loggers we've seen. It disabled the logging created via the loggers
that are initialized with this class as an argument; which is where the "bad"
logging seems to go. I don't think there's extra granularity beyond that.
