[~mmccline], [~xuefuz], thanks for your clarification on Hive's methodology in
dealing with decimal operations.
To improve the performance of division, as [~mmccline] mentioned, there is an
experiment method FastHiveDecimalImpl.fastSingleWordDivision(). I'll make this
methods work and evaluate the performance improvement.
