Trying changes per [~prasanth_j] feedback - using TypeInfo rather than TypeDesc.
Also just converting struct as a list of objects, rather than nesting it within
another Row object. If the application already has the schema/TypeInfo they
should be able to know the layout of the struct without having it provided in
the value.
