Doc note: Semijoin hints need to be documented in the wiki for release 3.0.0.
Removing the configuration parameter
*hive.tez.dynamic.semijoin.reduction.hint.only* does not need to be documented
because it was introduced recently by HIVE-16423, also for release 3.0.0.
Added a TODOC3.0 label. See the doc note on HIVE-16423 for suggestions of
where to document semijoin hints.
