Doc note: This removes four configs from branch hive-14535 so they don't need
to be documented in the wiki. They were added by HIVE-14700.
Here's the list, just for the record:
* hive.metastore.mm.thread.scan.interval
* hive.metastore.mm.heartbeat.timeout
* hive.metastore.mm.absolute.timeout
* hive.metastore.mm.aborted.grace.period
