Doc note: This adds configuration property *hive.metastore.db.type* to
HiveConf.java and three options to HiveSchemaTool.java (metaDbType, url, and
driver), so they need to be documented in the wiki, with version information.

BTW, three other options also need to be documented for the schema tool:
"dbOpts" (HIVE-8374), "validate" (HIVE-15207), and "servers" (HIVE-15805 and
HIVE-16647). Might as well take care of them all at once.
