They're multi insert. But we don't know whether LIM will be handled differently 
in those non-FS branches. So they might need be treated differently from the FS 
branches right?
If HIVE-6348 can be fixed, it'll solve the problem here. If not, I prefer to 
fall back to the initial method here: to check LIM before RS/FS in all 
branches, which is simpler and safer.
