Doc note: This changes the description of *hive.driver.parallel.compilation*,
which was introduced by HIVE-4239 in 2.0.0. It needs to be documented in the
HiveServer2 section of Configuration Properties.

Added a TODOC2.1 label.
Edit 06/Jul/17: Now it's a TODOC2.2 label. The patch was reverted from
branch-2.1 in June 2016.
