I noticed the existing implementation doesn't support listing the target table
columns for insert as seen in the example "THEN INSERT(a,b) VALUES(z, 7)". This
is important if you only want to insert certain columns or may not know the
order of the columns ahead of time. Is there an intent to support this part of
the syntax?
