[~gopalv] agreed. Slider community has not done a great job in keeping the site
documentation up to date. Some of the documentation on newer features uses the
new syntax -
https://slider.incubator.apache.org/docs/slider_specs/application_pkg_upgrade.html,
but the command line usage definitely prints the deprecation msg out.
