Doc note: This adds four configuration parameters to HiveConf.java --
*hive.llap.plugin.acl*, *hive.llap.plugin.acl.blocked*,
*hive.llap.plugin.rpc.port*, and *hive.llap.plugin.rpc.num.handlers*.
They need to be documented in the LLAP section of Configuration Properties:
