I see you add staging dirs into the fsScratchDirs, but when Hive actually
remove the fsScratchDirs? After all task finishes? Is it afterall the
table/partition load task this ReplLoadTask adds. Also can you add a check to
one of the test case in TestReplicationScenarios?
