[~lirui] can you take a look? I went through the new .q files and compared them
with the versions in branch-2, everything looks good. Most of the changes are
minor modifications to explain plans, all query results are the same. There
were a few diffs in {{ppd_join4.q}} that I wasn't sure about, maybe you can
take a second look; but overall everything else looks good.
