[~ashutoshc] Just found out tez 0.9 is not compatible with hadoop 3.0 since
hadoop made the change from {{org.apache.log4j.Level DEFAULT_LOG_LEVEL}} to
{{String DEFAULT_LOG_LEVEL}}. Tez needs to recompile against hadoop 3.0.
