#2) stabilize TezWork topology order; add some probably helping treesets in the 
crossprod checkers;
fix query28.q to disable the option it has enabled; this will fix the  query96 
failures
seems like the Perf drivers are not resetting the HiveConf properly...

tested: run ~10 times before and ~10 times after; the flakiness of 
crossprodcheck is gone.
