Environment: (was: In HS2 side we have a PartitionIterable class to
reduce memory load and use iterators of partitions instead of whole lists when
querying them from HMS. Inside HMS there is no such feature and we should
create a similar one. (e.g alter table calls that have to apply a modification
to each and every partition of the table))
