The dynamic values are not currently available during split generation, so
trying to access them will cause an error.
This would cause the SARG evaluation to fail, but previously the ORC split
generation would not fail the entire getSplits() operation, it used to simply
fail the SARG which would mean that the split would be included in the list of
splits rather than getting filtered out.
We may need to fix the getSplits logic to restore that behavior again, or
enhance the SARGs to be able to indicate some invalid value during evaluation.
